  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 1 small green pepper, sliced
  • 1 small yellow pepper, sliced
  • 1 small courgette, sliced
  • 1 small aubergine, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Low-calorie cooking spray
  • 200g of wholemeal pizza base mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas 6.
  2. In a bowl, mix the canned chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, dried oregano, dried basil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
