- 2 cups of water
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 small carrot, chopped
- 1 small capsicum, chopped
- 1 teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste
- 1 green chili, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of tomato ketchup
- Salt to taste
Instructions
Step 1: Boil the Noodles
Take a saucepan and add 2 cups of water to it. Bring the water to a boil and add the Knorr Chatpata Noodles to it. Cook the noodles for 2-3 minutes or until they are soft. Drain the water and keep the noodles aside.Step 2: Prepare the Vegetables
Take a pan and heat 1 tablespoon of oil in it. Add the chopped onion, carrot, and capsicum to it. Cook the vegetables for 2-3 minutes or until they are soft. Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chili to it and cook for another minute.Step 3: Add the Noodles
