Gluten-Free Recipe Banana Bread

- 2 eggs

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray or butter.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, sugar, melted butter or coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 10-15 minutes before removing from the pan.
- Slice and serve!
