Delicious Beef Stir Fry Recipe
Introduction

For the beef stir fry, you will need:- 1 pound of beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups of broccoli florets
- 1 cup of sliced carrots
- 1 cup of sliced bell peppers
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of beef broth
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, brown sugar, beef broth, and sesame oil. Set aside. 2. Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. 3. Add the beef to the skillet and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside. 4. Add another tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet. Add the garlic and stir fry for 30 seconds. 5. Add the broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers to the skillet. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender. 6. Add the beef back to the skillet with the vegetables. Pour the stir fry sauce over the beef and vegetables. 7. Stir fry for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce has thickened and the beef and vegetables are coated. 8. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. 9.
