- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

- 2 eggs

- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or line with muffin cups.2. In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, applesauce, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and almond milk.
