Instructions

Step 1: Cut the Paneer

Cut the paneer into small cubes and keep aside.

Step 2: Make the Batter

In a bowl, take 3-4 tablespoons of cornflour and add some water to it. Mix well until you get a smooth batter. Dip the paneer cubes in the batter and coat them well.

Step 3: Fry the Paneer

Heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer cubes until they turn golden brown. Once done, remove them from the pan and keep them aside.

Step 4: Prepare the Sauce

Add the fried paneer cubes to the sauce and mix well. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes.

Step 7: Serve Hot
