Vegetarian Recipe Lasagna

Instructions
To make this vegetarian lasagna, follow these steps:- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the onions and garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes, or until the onions are translucent.
- Add the chopped vegetables to the skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes, or until they are tender.
