- 1 cup plain yogurt

- 1 tbsp chili powder

- 1 tbsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup butter
- Salt to taste
- Cilantro leaves for garnish
Marinating the Chicken
To start with, take the chicken pieces and clean them thoroughly. Once cleaned, make small cuts on the chicken pieces so that the marinade can penetrate inside. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, lemon juice, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well and add the chicken pieces to the marinade. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 3 hours.Cooking the Chicken
