Duck Pancakes Recipe

- 1 bunch of scallions
- 1 package of Chinese pancakes
- Hoisin sauce
Instructions
Step 1: Preparing the Duck
1. Rinse the duck under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels. 2. In a small bowl, mix together the five-spice powder, salt, and sugar. 3. Rub the spice mixture all over the duck, inside and out. 4. Place the duck in a roasting pan and roast it in the oven at 350°F for 2 hours, or until the skin is crispy and the meat is tender. 5. Remove the duck from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.Step 2: Shredding the Duck
1. Remove the skin and bones from the duck and shred the meat with a fork. 2. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and cornstarch. 3. Heat a wok or a large skillet over high heat. 4. Add the shredded duck to the wok and stir-fry for 1 minute. 5.
