- 1 tsp. garam masala
- 1 tsp. red chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 tbsp. oil
- 1/4 cup cashew nuts
- 1/4 cup raisins
Instructions
Now that you have all the ingredients, let's start making the Korma sauce. Step 1: Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and cook until they become translucent. Step 2: Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan and cook for a minute. Step 3: Add the ground cumin, coriander, turmeric powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt to the pan. Stir the spices for a minute. Step 4: Add the cashew nuts and raisins to the pan and cook for another minute. Step 5: Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool for a few minutes. Step 6: Once the mixture has cooled, transfer it to a blender and blend it until it becomes a smooth paste. Step 7: In the same pan, add the plain yogurt and heavy cream. Mix them well.
