Step 1: Make the curry sauce
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. 2. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger to the pan and sauté for 5 minutes or until the onions are soft. 3. Add the flour, curry powder, and garam masala to the pan and stir well. 4. Cook the mixture for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. 5. Add the tomato paste to the pan and stir until everything is well combined. 6. Slowly pour in the chicken or vegetable broth, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. 7. Add the soy sauce, honey, salt, and pepper to the pan and stir well. 8.
