Instructions
Follow these instructions to make Eggs Benedict:- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Once the butter has melted, remove it from the heat and let it cool slightly.

- Place the bowl over a saucepan of simmering water, making sure that the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water.
