Fried Rice Recipe With Chicken

For this recipe, you will need:- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside. 2. In the same skillet, heat another tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the peas, carrots, onion, and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 3-5 minutes. 3. Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and add the beaten eggs to the other side. Scramble the eggs until they are cooked through, then mix them in with the vegetables. 4. Add the cooked rice to the skillet, along with the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Stir to combine. 5. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil to the skillet. Stir to coat the rice and vegetables evenly. 6. Add the cooked chicken to the skillet and stir to combine.
