Slow Cooker Pork Recipe

Instructions
- Place the chopped onion and minced garlic in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add the pork shoulder or tenderloin on top of the onion and garlic.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, smoked paprika, dried thyme, and dried oregano.
- Pour the mixture over the pork in the slow cooker.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-6 hours.
- Once the pork is cooked, remove it from the slow cooker and place it on a cutting board.
- Use two forks to shred the pork into small pieces.
- Place the shredded pork back into the slow cooker and mix it with the sauce.
- Cook for an additional 30 minutes on low heat.
- Serve the pork hot with your favorite sides.
