Instructions
Follow these steps to make hot chicken curry:- Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the onion and sauté until it becomes translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add the garlic and ginger and sauté for another minute.
- Add the chicken and cook until it is browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the tomato paste, curry powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to coat the chicken in the spices.
- Add the coconut milk and water. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
