Add the final tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet and add the shrimp. Cook the shrimp for about 3-4 minutes or until it's pink and cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set it aside. 5. Add the sliced bell peppers, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. 6. Return the chicken and beef to the skillet with the vegetables and mix everything together. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. 7. Add the cooked shrimp to the skillet and mix everything together. Cook for another minute or until the shrimp is heated through. 8. Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave or on a griddle. 9. Serve the Chilis Fajita Trio with warm tortillas and your favorite toppings.
