- 1 package of lasagna noodles (16 oz)
- 15 oz of ricotta cheese
- 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Meat and Onion
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef or Italian sausage over medium heat until browned. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic and cook until the onion is soft and translucent.Step 2: Add the Tomato Sauce and Spices
Add the can of tomato sauce and diced tomatoes to the skillet. Stir in the dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Let the sauce simmer for 10-15 minutes.Step 3: Cook the Lasagna Noodles
