Jerk Chicken Pasta Recipe

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 pound penne pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1: Make the Jerk Seasoning
In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried thyme, ground allspice, cayenne pepper, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside.Step 2: Cook the Chicken
