Hot And Sour Soup Recipe

- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup of tofu, diced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions
1. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.2. Add the sliced mushrooms and bamboo shoots to the pot and cook for 5 minutes.
3. In a small bowl, mix together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, and chili paste. Add this mixture to the pot and stir.
4. In another small bowl, mix together the cornstarch and 1/4 cup of water. Add this mixture to the pot and stir.
5. Reduce the heat to medium-low and let the soup simmer for 10 minutes.
6. In a small bowl, beat the egg. Slowly pour the egg into the soup while stirring.
7. Add the diced tofu and sliced green onions to the pot and let the soup simmer for another 5 minutes.
8. Add the sesame oil, salt, and black pepper to the pot and stir.
9. Serve hot and enjoy!
