Slow Cooker Ribs Recipe

To make slow cooker ribs, you will need the following ingredients:- 4 pounds of pork baby back ribs
- 1 cup of BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions
Follow these simple steps to make slow cooker ribs:- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs by using a knife to lift up one end and then pulling it off with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the ribs in the slow cooker and pour the BBQ sauce mixture over them, making sure to coat them evenly.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
- Once the ribs are done cooking, carefully remove them from the slow cooker and place them on a baking sheet lined with foil.
- Brush some additional BBQ sauce over the ribs and broil them in the oven for 3-5 minutes until they are caramelized and crispy.
- Serve the ribs hot with additional BBQ sauce on the side.
