- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1/2 cup of beef broth
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Potatoes
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Rinse them under cold water and set them aside.Step 2: Brown the Mince
