- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon of dried basil

- 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese

Now that we have the ingredients ready, let's move on to the instructions. 1. Firstly, bring a large pot of water to boil. Add one tablespoon of salt to the water. 2. Once the water has boiled, add one pound of pasta to the pot. Cook the pasta until it is al dente, which means it should still have a bit of bite to it. This should take around 10-12 minutes. 3. While the pasta is cooking, heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add three cloves of minced garlic to the pan and cook until it is fragrant. 4. Once the garlic is fragrant, add one can of diced tomatoes to the pan. Stir and let it cook for around five minutes. 5.
