- 1/2 cup water
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 potato, peeled and sliced
- 1 green chilli, chopped
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Follow these simple steps to make delicious pakora at home: 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the gram flour, rice flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. 2. Add the baking soda to the mixture and mix well. 3. Gradually add water to the mixture and mix well to make a thick batter. 4. Add the sliced onion, potato, and green chilli to the batter and mix well. 5. Heat oil in a deep frying pan. 6. Drop spoonfuls of the pakora batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown. 7.
