Slow Cook Chilli Con Carne Recipe

- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of chili powder

- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 can of diced tomatoes (14.5 ounces)
- 1 can of kidney beans, drained and rinsed (15 ounces)
- 1 can of corn, drained (15 ounces)
- 1/2 cup of beef broth
- Cooked rice, for serving
- Shredded cheddar cheese, for serving
- Sour cream, for serving
- Chopped fresh cilantro, for serving
Instructions
1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain off any excess fat. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent. 3. Add the can of diced tomatoes (including the liquid), kidney beans, corn, and beef broth to the slow cooker. Stir to combine. 6.
