- 4-5 cloves
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
- 3-4 cups water
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon oil
Instructions
Follow these instructions to make the perfect chicken yakhni: 1. Clean and wash the chicken thoroughly. 2. In a large pot, heat oil and add cumin seeds, coriander seeds, green cardamoms, cloves, cinnamon stick, and bay leaves. Fry the spices for a few seconds until they release their aroma. 3. Add chopped onions and fry until they turn golden brown. 4. Add ginger and garlic paste and fry for a minute. 5. Add the chicken pieces to the pot and fry until they turn golden brown. 6.
